We normally order a light roast but decided to try the medium this order and I have to say that we are not disappointed! The chocolate notes are there. Makes for a fantastic pour over. We love our Redemption Road.
Recently tried the RRC Guatemala coffee and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now we have to make the tough decision of which roast we want to move forward with. The Guatemala or Honduras. Either way we can't go wrong. Both great coffees.
